Qualifications

STUDIES, ICT and LANGUAGE SKILLS
High school diploma, preferable University degree
Preferable experience in International Business
Preferable experience in Tourism
Demonstrated excellent customer care skills
Competent level of ICT and communication
Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written
Preferable Fluent in Italian, spoken and written

EXPERIENCE and GENERAL SKILLS
Hardworking and willing to learn
Mannered with a nice pleasant personality
Enjoy working in an office and by internet channels
Flexible regarding working overtime
Capable to work in a team and under pressure
