We are seeking recruit a passionate Chef with own drive and initiative, who loves to cook and form part of a team that is customer oriented. Full time sous chef is required to work in a bistro situated in Mellieha. The bistro requires a sous chef that can work well in a fast paced enviroment where pizza, pasta and grills are served. The ideal candidate must have 3 years experience in a similar position and communicates well in Maltese and English.
