Office Manager
OPTIMISE
We are looking for a competent Office Manager to work at a highly reputable client of ours. The selected candidate will be one who can provide high-level, comprehensive admin/ finance/ payroll support to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business are kept running smoothly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Posting of Invoices & Purchases
- Bank Reconciliations
- Managing the smooth day to day running of the offices
- Be the point of contact for employees, suppliers & clients
- Basic Payroll duties
- Administrative duties such as filing, organizing and maintaining databases
- AD-Hoc Duties
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Basic O'Level standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese.
- Proactive & assertive approach when dealing with clients, installers and subcontractors.
- Positive attitude and a robust character.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role
