Business Development Executive (Sales)

Job brief
We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Briiz’s high-energy, work hard / play hard team is looking for motivated, ambitious and great sales professionals to join the front lines of our team.
Responsibilities
1.“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
2.Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
3.Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
4.Report and provide feedback to management.
5.Handling online requests generated from marketing
6.Responsible for focusing on outside sales and setting meetings as necessary for the sales team
7.Research prospects on LinkedIn and other relevant internal databases
8.Cold calling and cold emailing prospects as necessary
Qualifications
Requirements
1.Proven sales experience
2.Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
3.Computer use competency
4.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5.Self-motivated and driven
6.Every conversation is different, you think dynamically and remain calm under pressure
7.Previous sales experience is a plus!
8.You’re self-motivated and coachable: you don’t need somebody to tell you to do your job, but you welcome feedback
