Malta Healthcare Caterers Ltd. is a leading manufacture of meals for the local healthcare sector. We are seeking to employ a highly organised Assembly Supervisor on full time basis .

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

This position is responsible to lead staff during shifts and for the smooth running of the Assembly section. She or He will be responsible to reach the production targets, meet quality standards and foster Health and Safety procedures. The following are some aspects needed for this role:

• Maintain a healthy relationship with Assembly head, superiors, piers and subordinates alike.
• Fosters a feeling of belonging to the company in all the department’s employees.
• Ensures that all staff observes the Health and Safety, Security and Hygiene policies of the company.
• Must project a good image in terms of personality and appearance at all times.

Qualifications

The applicant should be able to communicate in English and have basic computer skills.
