Service Advisor

Muscats Motors are seeking to employ a full-time Service Advisor. As Service Advisor, you will be working closely with the Team Leader and you will be responsible for the aftersales service to clients, while also ensuring that quality standards are being adhered to.
The Job
The job entails to set up appointments for servicing and repairs with clients and issue job cards for the workshop relating to the works to be undertaken, liaising with customer needs in relation to works required and carried out. Making sure that client’s cars are being collected and to process documentation required for the handling of warranty claims.
The candidate must be ready to work overtime and on roster basis on Saturdays.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
• A secondary level of education,
• ECDL;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English.
• At least three years’ experience working in a similar position or as a motor vehicle technician.
