We are looking for a high-performing ENVIRON BEAUTY AND SALES MANAGER to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. ENVIRON BEAUTY AND SALES MANAGER responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. Ultimately, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

• BS/MS degree in beauty management and customer care
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• The ability to motivate and lead a team

• Good planning and organizational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Good IT, budget and report writing skills
