Store Person
Hotel Kennedy Nova
This role would involve the Purchasing and Store Management of a Hotel.
The candidate would be required to do the following;
- Source best prices on the market
- Prepare Purchase orders to source the products
- Receive products
- Insert Invoices on our System
- Distribute products / items to the departments
- Insert requisitions on our system
- Maintain stock levels.
- Keep the stores in order
- Full stock take monthly
Working hours would be as follows;
Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 4.00pm
* Saturday / Sunday may be required depending on Stocktaking / requisitions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of both the English and Maltese language is essential.
