Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast items
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Performs any other job related duties as assigned

- Must have early morning availability for this position, including week-ends and public holidays
- Great cooking skills
- A cool head

- Strong communication skill
