Working with the Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for incoming quality inspections and other related aspects in order to ensure that all Huish Outdoors products meet the quality standards and specifications set forth by the company. Our brand is the premium in the industry. Our customers purchase our products because they demand quality. It will be your responsibility to ensure that we exceed their expectations, and that we create a wow experience every time a customer receives one of our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect all incoming raw material shipments by confirming product specifications, and conducting visual and quality measurement tests. Approve or reject shipments based on test results.
• Inspect all incoming finished goods shipments (wetsuits and accessories) by confirming product specifications, and conducting visual and quality measurement tests. Approve or reject shipments based on test results.
• Document inspection results in the Quality Management System. Share results with the Quality Supervisor.
• Inspect all re-called/re-worked items to confirm specifications, and approve eligibility for resell.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• An O-Level standard of education will be considered an asset.
• Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English and Maltese
• Ability to lift at least 22 Kgs and stand for long periods of time.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills; detail oriented and control minded
