Airport Car Park Representative
First Car Rental
The company is seeking to recruit an Airport Car Park Representative possessing outstanding communication and customer service skills.
He/She will be responsible for the following:
• Assist clients and act as a customer services representative.
• Monitor and supervise vehicle collections during pick up and returns.
• Inspect vehicles during pick up and return in order to mark any existing damages present on vehicles on the client’s damage inspection sheets.
• Check and ensure vehicles are adequately cleaned and prepared for rental.
• Check and ensure all vehicles due for return are returned on time and without new damage(s).
• Update the company’s fleet management software.
• Assist the operations manager when and if required.
Qualifications
The successful applicant must possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Have an O level standard of education as minimum;
• Be highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• Be in possession of a clean driving licence (both for manual and automatic);
• Be proficient in computer applications;
• Meticulous, responsible and highly organised;
• Have the ability to work under pressure, with very good listening and communication skills.
The chosen candidate will be required to work on a shift basis and therefore will be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
