The company also manufactures ready mixed concrete, hollow concrete blocks and pre-fabricated elements including pre-stressed predalle and beams.

Job Brief:

B&B Construction Ltd. is looking for a Payroll Clerk who performs the tasks related to the preparation of the company payrolls and employee detail management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform employee payroll accounting and processing based on company polices.
• Review payroll reports for correctness and completeness.
• Carry out payroll transactions including calculations, deductions, and withholdings.
• Make payroll entries and prepare and distribute payroll cheques to employees.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and concerns from employees.
• Process employee timesheets and leaves and other information required for payroll processing.
• Generate periodic payroll reports to management for review.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision
• Be able to work in a team and maintain relationships both internal and external
• Have an eye for detail and an ability to check all documentation.
