Removals Co-Ordinator

An opportunity has arisen for interested candidates to join Gozo Express Services Limited as Removals Co-Ordinator.

Based in Gozo and reporting to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for all the Company removal operations including the co-ordination of the team members in operating such equipment as furniture elevator on trailer, modular elevator, fork lifter and stair climber with adherence to HSEQ policy and procedures.

THE COMPANY
Gozo Express Services, a company based in Gozo, the island off Malta, was set up in 1999 and specialises in a range of activities including courier, freight, lifting and removals. Part of Hili Ventures Limited, the company has an office in Xaghra and its core business is courier services between the Maltese islands, focusing on daily runs with same-day delivery, freight and customs, and warehousing, whilst supporting local customers in diverse sectors.

Qualifications

Applicants, with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, must be in possession of a clean and valid driving license C, be certified to operate lifting equipment, be fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English, and be able to manage a team of movers/packers.
