This role will include the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office, maintaining manual and electronic records and handling enquiries by telephone, letter and e-mail.
Requirements;
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- familiar with bank reconciliations
- familiar with imports ( costings, intrastat etc).
- Capable to work in a team
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
- Be customer and service oriented
- Able to work on own initiative
- Be flexible and capable of handling stress
- Ability to prioritize workload in a demanding team environment
Qualifications
1. Clean Police Conduct.
2. Diploma in accounts
3. Experience in a similar post is a must.
