Office Administator

The main job responsibilities include:
• Managing phone calls, e-mails and general correspondence;
• Administration and back office support;
• Preparing all the necessary paperwork needed for Transport Malta;
• Monitoring stock locations;
• Checking of outsourced bills;
• Keeping and up to date database with all the relevant info;
Qualifications
Personal Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including excel);
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects;
• Team player;
• Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;
• Additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or experience in any similar post are a plus;
• Have good record keeping abilities and good customer-oriented approach;
