Full or Part time vacancy for an exceptional receptionist / tele-appointer at our Multidisciplinary Private Health Clinic in St Julian’s.

You will be greeting patients, carrying out screener hearing and chiropractic checks and supporting the consultants by keeping their diaries full.

Our clinic is situated in the heart of San Giljan and is very busy therefore you will need to have had experience of this type of work previously as we are looking for someone who will hit the ground running and can multitask easily.

Use of CRM’s, online calendars and ability to deal with all our social media channels and convert enquiries into appointments is a must.

Excellent skills in English, verbal and written essential. Maltese is also preferred.

Hours for work required.

Wednesday: 12:30 to 5pm
Thurs & Friday: 9-5pm
