We are looking for a supervisor to join our small team!

We are a small cafe in Birkirkara, opening soon in the beginning of June and we are looking for someone with previous experience in this industry to join our team and take on a supervisory role!

We will be opening mornings till afternoon

We are aiming to start of with casual hours ( 20-30 hours ) a week and then switching to full time

This includes replacing the Manager on shifts and being a team leader , we will provide training but ideally candidates applying for this role must already have some experience working in a catering establishment and dealing with customers and preparing drinks.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Previous experience as a barista/ waiter ready to take on a more responsible, supervisory role

- Ability to communicate in English

- Customer care service

- Ability to perform within a small team and as a team
