Admin Assistant - Organic

Our client is a leading producers / importer/ retailer of organic products. Due to the rapid growth in sales they require an additional person. Duties and responsibility will include but will not be limited to:
- Assisting the Director with the day to day running of the operation
- Assisting with general admin such as filing, updating records, etc.
- Assisting with on-line shopping, ensuring the product list in up to date with prices, new stock items, etc.,
- Downloading and preparing any orders received including preparing invoices, coordinating deliveries, etc.
- Assisting with sourcing of new products according to demands
Qualifications
The ideal person for this position will be computer literate, organised, multi-talented and able to multi task and have a keen interest in organic living.
Applicants should be well educated and fluent in English. Maltese would be an advantage but nor essential a strong sense of commitment and customer care skills are also important
