We are looking for a trusted individual to take on the role of Technical Customer Care Representative and be the face of the company at the front desk and help out our clients with the familiar attitude we are known for.
Responsibilities :
Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.
Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products.
Responsible for being visible and actively greeting, engaging and assisting customers.
Understand the Point of Sale (POS) system, and handle various tenders such as Cash, Checks, loyalty offers, vouchers, and checkout procedures according to company policy.
Report pricing discrepancies to Management.
Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to management.
Display a positive attitude.
Stay current with present, future, seasonal technology.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Troubleshooting faults on mobile phones, tablets, and laptops.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Ability to handle stressful situations
Effective communication skills
Knowledge of basic IT
Desired Previous Job Experience
Customer service experience at least one year in customer care/retail.
