Job Description :
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
• Handling clients complaints and queries
• Promoting and marketing the business and managing budgets
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
Minimum requirements :
1) Undertaking bachelor degree in Hospitality Management
2) Ability to work standing over long periods of time
3) Must be team player, honest and reliable
4) Must have excellent spoken and ability to read in English, French, Hindi (As the staff the person will be managing would primarily speak in these languages)
5) Exposure to working in the hotel environment
