IT Technician

A long-established, leading supplier of IT equipment and services in Malta is looking to recruit a full-time IT Technician to join their team.



The successful candidate will form part of the existing team and would be expected to maintain a good relationship with the Company’s customers, take a general interest in the operations of the Company as well as ensure that the company’s service is of the highest quality.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

Hardware and software support on a variety of devices, printers, notebooks, interactive panels etc…
Servicing client support both onsite and offsite.
Ensuring that all support calls are logged and updated on the internal ticketing system
Providing support on any maintenance support contracts
Repairs and preventative maintenance on MPS and other printers
Keeping up to date with service qualifications.
Other tasks as may be requested by Technical Team Leader

Qualifications

Sound knowledge of hardware and software support
