Head of Maintenance

A Head of Maintenance is required to liaise with the Maltese Hotel Manager. The position will involve co-ordinating the daily work of colleagues and keeping the hotel improvements continuing according to a long-term plan. Administrative qualities are desirable alongside a charismatic, inclusive leadership style. An ability to adapt to changes in workload and duties will also be desirable.

Qualifications

A broad range of skills and experience in all forms of maintenance will be necessary, particularly work involving electricity or plumbing.

A history of managing the administration of a department will also be favourable.
