Alistair Floral Design is one of Malta’s premier floral design brand, the reputation have been built over the last 21 years for creating & producing stunning, inspirational flower designs for all occasions.

We're currently seeking for a part-time or full-time retail assistant

Your day to day activities will include:

• Keep up a tidy and clean shop floor.
• Answer and assist with any questions whilst making suggestions to customers according to their needs.
• Handling online, telephone and walk-in orders.
• Providing exemplary customer service, greeting clients and guide them based upon their preferences.
• Floral arranging and arts and crafts knowledge is considered as an asset – however, training will be provided.
• Assisting other retail assistants with shop floor changes according to seasonal changes.
• Assisting in other areas as required.

Qualifications

• Having a basic knowledge of the floral industry and arts and crafts,
• Being able to work independently,
• Being fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English,
• Love being part of a team.
• Self-motivated and goal driven.
• Able to work independently
• Able to work in a flexible environment and work during weekends, evenings and public holidays
• An eye for detail
