Ur company is looking for an Office Support Administrator.
Tasks include:
-answering online / email queries
-compiling data and statistical reports
-supporting the company secretary and management team in the day-to-day running of the company
-Acquiring small companies to partner with our system
-Preparing and leading courses in which our system is explained
Attributes & skills required:
-outgoing and well spoken
-proactive, self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative while forming an important part of a team environment
-responsible and reliable in your work
-Have an organized and structured approach to work
-possess a very good standard of both written and spoken English and Maltese
-a thorough understanding of basic computer programmes such as Word and Excel and stock control systems
-Customer service oriented
