Job Opportunity – Administration Clerk
Artisan Foods are look for a full time/part time afternoon shift office clerk
Require a motivated person to work with our team in administration & sales
1pm till 9.30pm alternating Monday to Friday and Sunday to Thursday (8hr shift with 30min break), remuneration based on experience.
Job description
• Learning to use Shireburn system
• Answering phone
• Customer Care
• Calling clients and receiving orders
• Create production sheet
• Issuing invoices & credit notes
• Monitoring website & social media queries
• Internal location transfers of stock between departments & outlets
• Filing of sales invoices and purchases invoices
• Inputting new products into the system
• Inputting stocktakes into the system
• Over the phone sales
• General administration duties
