The main job responsibilities include:
- General up keep of the showroom;
- Answering client’s queries both via email and calls;
- Purchasing cars from UK which are up to our company standards and following client’s requests;
- Keeping track of all our vehicles especially when they are out of the showroom for outsourced work;
- Clear communication with all the team with regards to ordering and delivering of vehicles;

Qualifications

Personal Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including excel);
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects;
- Team player;
- Detailed oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;
- Have good record keeping abilities and good customer-oriented approach;
- A Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset;
- Clean police conduct;
- Have a valid Driving Licence
