Responsibilities:
• Receiving and delivering customers’ garments;
• Offering services and promotions to the customers in the most proactive and efficient manner;
• Performing all the operational duties such as cleaning, drying, ironing and presentation of garments;
• Upkeeping of work equipment and machines of the store;
• Maintaining a tidy and clean store;
• Assisting the Shop Supervisor with store administrative tasks and any other task as required;
• Solving customer complaints as required;
• Selling accessory services and products;
• Any other related task as required and delegated by the Shop Supervisor;

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:
• Preferably have a secondary level of education (school leaving certificate);
• Preferably have six months working experience in a shop or a similar position;
• Be proficient (verbal & written) in English;
• Be customer and service focused.
• Be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment;
• Be computer literate;
• Have a positive energetic attitude;
• Be organised, pro-active, and able to work on own initiative;
• Have good communications skills and capable of resolve arising problems in an efficient way;
