The ROCS Group is growing and we are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals who are interested in joining the Insurance industry to join our insurance team as Office Insurance Executives.

We will provide you with an in-house training course fully paid by the company, which includes training sessions on all the necessary product knowledge needed for those looking to begin a career in Insurance with ROCS. We will also provide you with all the necessary knowledge, assistance, training and continuous support in order to develop the skills needed. In view of this, prior working experience in the Insurance industry is not a requirement.

The package being offered is based on a monthly wage, as well as interesting monthly and end of year performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English
- An O Level (or higher) standard of education
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
