We are looking to employ an Assistant Shipping (import) & Logistics Clerk. The role will be that of assisting the Shipping & Logistics Manager and is exciting and dynamic calling for a responsible person, who is organised, can multi-task and work under pressure.

The role includes the placing of orders with suppliers abroad, dealing with local and international freight companies in order to organise the delivery of the goods to Malta, by coordinating/booking of sea freight, air freight and courier, as well as the invoicing to local clients.

The role will also include the inputting/processing of import customs declarations, custom clearance from non-EU countries and inputting the NSO declaration (Intrastat).

On the job training will be provided.

Qualifications

Past experience in such a role will be considered an asset.
