Shop Office Assistant

We are seeking to hire an energetic individual to occupy the position of a Shop Office Assistant in our showroom.
The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and must be able to work under pressure in a small team.
We require an organized person with good level of English, Computer skills and can work independently.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
-To keep the office organized and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
-Manage communications in a timely manner
-Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
-Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
-Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
-Maintain the creditors’ and debtors’ accounts
-Maintain the inventory and process purchase orders with our suppliers
-Assist the colleagues with their work when required
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
-Working knowledge of office equipment
-Thorough understanding of office management procedures
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
-Understanding of VAT and Invoicing procedures
Knowledge in logistics and accounts is considered an asset.
