- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and plan their distribution
- Daily communication with estate agents for the promotion of individual properties (via phone calls and SMS messaging)
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within the main social media platforms
- Generate, edit, publish and share regular online content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook, etc.
- Responding to online / phone / e-mail enquiries in a timely manner
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase sales to end-buyers
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Qualifications

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English and Maltese languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with web design or Photoshop would be considered an asset
