R. A & Sons LTD is looking to recruit a hardworking and reliable Office and Administration Clerk on a full time position based in Malta.
Requirements – Proven record is a must
• Dynamic, driven individual with an outgoing personality and experience in dealing with customers.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
• Must be willing to do any further training in order to excel at position.
• Coordinating office activities.
• Offering administrative support to the team.
• Diary Management.
• Preparing correspondence and documents.
• Greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms.
• Managing customer queries and handling correspondence.
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment.
• Assisting as necessary in other administrative duties.
• Cash handling.
Preferences:
• English and Maltese Communication skills (Written and Verbal) are essential.
• Italian Communication skills are considered an asset.
Please note: Travelling will be required for training proposes to our Gozo head office. Travelling expenses will be covered.
