The MARITIM Antonine Hotel & Spa is a 4 Star Superior Hotel that sets the standard for
excellence in both the international and local market with 52 hotels and 30 years experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Demi-Chef to promote business growth by expanding the
company’s clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in service under guidance from the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef in
order to achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation and production
- Helping the kitchen management team to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Someone with experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
- An individual truly passionate about food with a proven track record of creating an
inspirational dining experience
- Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working
relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
