Hotel Receptionist

Your main responsibilities will be that but not limited to: welcoming guests to the hotel, check in and check out (the collection of payments of any bills upon check in/check out) of incoming and outgoing clients.
Handling of phone lines, Deliver excellent customer service, at all times. Deal with all enquirers in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail, assist reservations team in the administration of reservations, cancellations and no-shows, Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to guests, fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety, report any maintenance issues or other issues to maintenance, housekeeping and management for them to look into and address.
Qualifications
Preferably someone who can speak either German or French and is already residing in Malta
