Qualifications

Job Description :
• Help guests by carrying luggage and inform them about the hotel facilities
• Arrange taxi services upon request
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services
• Follow evacuation rules in case of emergencies
• Apply positive suggestive approach to guide Guests
• answering guests’ questions about the hotel and local points of interest
• keeping the lobby and reception area tidy and collecting hotel laundry

Minimum requirements :
1) Certification course in Travel & Tourism
2) Ability to work standing over long periods of time
3) Must be team player, honest and reliable
4) Must have excellent spoken and ability to read in English
5) Exposure to working in the hotel environment
