Inventory Officer (Maternity Cover)

Arkadia Marketing Ltd.

We are looking to recruit an individual to ensure all invoices and stock records up to date within the Inventory Department located in Arkadia, Gozo.

The chosen candidate shall be welcomed to Arkadia’s inventory team and will report directly to the respective Inventory Supervisor .

Responsibilities include:
• Processing of daily invoices.
• Inputting of stock details and offers on the operating systems.
• Matching invoices with corresponding vouchers
• Contacting suppliers for any discrepancies on invoices.
• Corresponding with stores for any change in barcodes or new items.

Qualifications

Profile:
The ideal candidate would:
• Be a strong communicator in the Maltese and English language.
• Have knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Have good interpersonal skills

Training for this role will be given, however, previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
