A Head Busser oversees and is responsible for all Front and back of house areas of the F&B department, providing professional & confident leadership, support, assistance to the front of house team and assists the Food court Supervisor in his absence.
• To provide exceptional standards of customer service at all times.
Head Busser Description and Duties
The Head Busser, will also clean up after guests and staff. Busses tables by removing trays, used dishware/cutlery/glasses and cleaning the surfaces of the tables/chairs per applicable sanitary requirements.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanour, courteousness and quick service will help you get repeat customers.
Stamina: Expect long, busy days on your feet. You also might need to lift heavy objects.
Teamwork: You will be working with outlet servers, other bussers, bartenders and chefs to deliver a great dining experience to our clients. Being a team player is essential.
