Continental Cars are seeking to employ a full-time Front Desk Customer Care to join our team for the VW, Audi, SEAT and Porsche brands.

Apart from the day-to-day, you will be responsible to:

• Answer all incoming calls in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
• Book customer vehicles for service and repair and issue job cards for the workshop accordingly.
• Liaise with customers’ needs in relation to works required and carried out.
• Make the necessary arrangements for the clients to collect their vehicle.

Qualifications

The selected candidate should ideally have:

• A secondary level of education.
• ECDL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset, however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.
