We are looking for you, who have previously experience in sales, are fluent inPolish and are passionate about working on commissions and want to control your own salary. As a sales agent, you will work with our potential customers over the telephone.
They have shown an interest to learn how to invest. You will then help them register their account and start investing on our platform.
If you have a private interest or experience in finance, it is a merit but not a must since we offer training on site. We are happy to see that you are self-sufficient, responsible and have good cooperative ability and master Polish at a fluent level.
You will be the part of a dynamic and hungry team that works towards both group goals, as your own personal goals every month. We also have exciting day and week competitions.

We are located in Malta, in the middle of the Mediterranean and currently have 250+ employees. We specialize in the field of finance, currency trading, online trading and customer relations since 2012.

Qualifications

Requirements
• Fluent in Polish
• Ideally at least 3 months experience in a similar environment
• A level Standard of Education or the equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to accept responsibility
• Be able to work under pressure
• Flexibility
• Independent, accurate thinking
• High capacity to learn at a rapid pace
• Well-versed with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word and Mail
• Outgoing personality
