Maintenance Person

- Overseeing hotel infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety
- Communicating with the rest of the maintenance team
- Organizing repairs, installations and renovations
- Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
- Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, play area etc.)
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)
- Ensure that premises are safe and up to safety standards

Qualifications

- at least 1 year experience as maintenance / repair person
- knowledge of safety standards would be an asset
- problem-solving skills
- organizational skills
