We are looking to recruit an experienced and humble head chef to join our successful team at a family run restaurant.

Proven experience as head chef
Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.
Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders.
Creating new dishes and menus.
Interviewing and hiring new staff
Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.
Creating a work roster.
Be responsible for cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene of all kitchen staff and kitchen areas
