Maintenance Person
ParkLane Hotel
• Perform all maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within the hotel in an effort to meet and exceed established standards.
• Work directly with General Manager to identify and accomplish all technical projects within the hotel including but not limited to the following:
• Perform electrical, plumbing and carpentry projects.
• Assist in AC servicing.
• Guest room preventative maintenance ( tile repair, painting, plumbing etc.).
• Working knowledge of kitchen equipment/refrigeration.
• Working knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems.
• Determine needs for contract repair/service. Overall building maintenance
• Pool/Spa maintenance
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations on short notice.
• Maintain and manage a work order system for the hotel.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager
• Perform, administer, and document preventive maintenance programs.

• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Creative problem solving skills
• Must be fluent in English
