We offer our services via phone, live chat on social media. Ideal candidates will be trained to represent Blinds.mt ,booking appoitments and create daly schedule and answering of customers queries they might have.

You will be trained to become an expert in providing excellent customer care services to our Clients. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday, 09:00 till 18:00

Qualifications


-One has to be fluent in English, spoken and written in order to handle calls and chat on social media.
-Good communication and listening skills are very important in this role;
- A can do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision;
-Computer literate, preferably in Pge manager app and Google drive/ map
- Previous experience in any customer care role is a plus!
