We are looking for a Chef to join our culinary team. Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner and according to skills in an advanced cooking techniques and sometimes non traditional ingredients to satisfy clients delights.

Qualifications

Good command of English
Diploma in Culinary Studies - Advanced preferred
Other culinary certifications - Asian / Exotic cuisine studies are also accepted OR

Diploma for advanced mediterranean cooking techniques ( Pizza) OR

Diploma for Advanced Pastry Preparations are also considered.

*FOOD HANDLING & HYGIENE CERTIFICATION IS A MUST
