Responsibilities include but are not limited to

- ensuring all vehicles within the fleet are properly cleaned and serviced
- all vehicles taken up for rent are in good condition and full of fuel
- ensuring that Rental Agents have available keys of all vehicle categories within the fleet
- ensuring that all vehicles have renewed licence disks
- ensuring that the car washers and drivers are doing their jobs diligently
- ensuring that all vehicles within the fleet are accounted for and doing a monthly stock take of the vehicles
- working hand in hand with the Road Assistance Manager that all breakdowns are attended to within the hour of the report made
