ICT – Customer Care & Office Administrator

You will be the first line of support for customers’ queries and the feedback you provide will influence the customers’ perception and image of Sirap. This role requires a good knowledge of ICT products in general.
Your role:
• responsible for general office duties
• Processing of product purchasing and accounting
• Provide first line support for customer enquiries
• Updating of website
• Updating other IT systems including Technical Support Logs, Maintenance Schedules and Deliveries
Qualifications
Attributes and Skills required for this role:
• Have a pleasant personality and a strong customer centric approach
• Be smart, capable of working on own initiative and possess good communication skills
• Be able to integrate well and participate in a team of highly enthusiastic individuals
• Have a strong willingness to learn and further improve your potential. Sirap provides both internal and external training opportunities
• Have good time-management skills
• ‘A’ Level standard of Education in Computing and Accounts
• TEC Higher or National Diploma, or MCP or A+ Technician Diploma will be an asset
• Previous experience
• Possess a driving licence and clean police conduct
