Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Preluna Hotel is currently looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our F&B team.

The ideal candidate would be a smart, outgoing, highly motivated, trustworthy and a fast learning individual, with excellent communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and work within a team environment.

The chosen individual will be responsible for the daily Food and Beverage operations, that also includes conferences and events.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Previous experience in a in a supervisory role within an F&B department is required.

and ideally be;

- Fluent in English;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Flair for Customer Service;
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications;
- High level of organisational skills
- Maintain the standards of the F&B department.
