In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their requests by handling customer’s queries via phone as well as face to face with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Available to work from Monday to Saturday mornings and Wednesday evening.
Able to work in Birkirkara, Luqa and Birgu on a weekly basis.
Be computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
Fluency in Maltese and English both spoken and written (both languages are a must).
Excellent communication and listening skills.
A can do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
Previous experience in any customer care role is compulsory.
