CaterEssence is one of the largest and leading privately owned contract caterers in Malta. Established in 2010, CaterEssence operates from a central food processing unit which is spread over 2000 sq. metres at ‘The Landmark’ in Qormi. We operate and specialise in hotel contract catering, care home catering, outside catering and producing a wide variety of delicious pastries. CaterEssence employs +200 dedicated personnel, including over 50 qualified chefs who design, prepare, cook and serve our food and pastries in various locations around Malta.

Due to continued expansion of the Company’s operations, we are currently seeking to recruit:

DELIVERY DRIVERS

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver food products promptly to customers
- Follow a route and time schedule
- Ensure that all logs and reports are complete
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle within ADT regulations
- Participate in training
- Adhere to food regulations and safety policies

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements:
- Time management skills
- Ability to cooperate effectively in a team
- Possession of a valid driving license C and C1 are considered as mandatory (C1E and CE are also accepted)
- Experience as driver within the catering industry, as well as the possession of a Food Handler’s License will be considered an asset
- Reliable and Honest
- Good communication skills
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
