The agent will report to the Head of Sales-Retention and the ideal candidate will be responsible for the handling and development of a portfolio of Italians speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone
• Bring sales experience along with industry insights.
• Exceed client expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge,
resolving technical issues.
• Ability to quickly respond to client requests.
• Strong problem solving.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly target.
• Liaising with prospect and dormant clients and converting them into active ones.

Essential skills and experiences relevant to the role:

• Native Italian speaker with professional communication skills via phone and email
• Proven experience of building and managing relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects
• Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure.

What we offer:

• Annual basic salary between 14.400 / 19.200
(based on the real experience with our way to work and products)

• Annual bonus on performance.

• Monthly bonus scheme.
